Not the cheapest Indian in Harlow, a bit of a lottery with delivery times - this time it was 1hr 45mins. Phoned when the timer showed 0 on the app and was told “he was on his way” 20min later the food arrived the the driver didn’t even know that I’d already paid. Also one of the main dishes was incorrect. Not great tonight guys.

Ordered at 18:30 was told delivery would be 7:25, it hasn’t turned up so I called them at 7:35 and told it would be another 30 minutes, it still hasn’t turned up so I tried to call and it kept saying ‘user busy’ so clearly took their phones off the hook. The food eventually turned up at 9pm STONE COLD and when I requested some money back for the ‘inconvenience’ I was told NO. I have been using raj lodge for years and am very disappointed in the lack of customer service last night. I appreciate it was NYE but still very poor!

We love the food from this restaurant and under normal circumstances would eat at the restaurant. Their online system is excellent, but our last order was 30 minutes late and may have been longer if we hadn't called. I realise that you are busy but keeping customers informed is essential to retain their custom.

We've just had a delivery and are appalled. We ordered 2 popadoms and received about 1 and a quarter all smashed in pieces, the onion salad is stale, tasteless and has no coriander in it. Now going to see what our main meal is like.

The food is usually amazing but the service has become really hit or miss. Often food missing and varies between being on time but often late and can then be really cold. Such a shame as the food tastes great and we are regular customers but don’t feel very valued as regulars. Prices have also gone up a huge amount in the last few weeks.
